Hello from ProjectComment

While I see you've flagged the eyes as an issue, I personally think they look good. Size wise they look like they fit with the general size and shape you've gone with for the head and it looks like they're nicely spaced apart. I've read in some books that they should be around an eye's width apart and while it does look wider here I still think it looks good.

With regards to flaws, I second what Peace-In-Violence has said about the sleeve on the stage left arm. I'd also suggest reviewing the length of the stage right one. It looks to me like his hand is around parallel with his hip/waist when it should be more the elbow that's around there (or maybe just above) with the hand lying roughly in the middle of the upper leg. Speaking of the stage right hand, I do agree with you when you say it's off as I believe you've drawn it too small. Apologies if I'm repeating something you already know, but a hand should be around the same size as one's face and I'd say it covers maybe half of it. Granted I do believe you're going for more of a large head appearance so it may not quite be a one to one comparison (or, alternatively, that may be why it looks too small) but I feel if you keep this in mind, it will help you moving forward. That being said, it may still take a while for all of that to "sink in" and become second nature. I've known about proper proportions for a while and still struggle to get it right each and every time.

Finally, I would also suggest using softer lines when you draw out the rough figure. If I look at both the head and stage left arm, I can still see vague hints of the pencil lines you once drew despite them being erased. That being said, I do think it's good you're doing this, as it's often easy to lose track of how long the anatomy should be if you only think about what would be exposed. I've made that mistake far too many times myself.

I also applaud you for attempting to do clothing folds. I do think it's good that you try and push yourself outside of comfort zones from time to time but remember that "Rome wasn't built in a day". Think of it as building a house; if the fundamentals and walls aren't build solid and properly, it will crumble when you try and add on the roof. Sometimes it is better to hit the breaks a little and put some aspects of drawing on hold until you get a better understanding and mastery of other elements.
