It's kinda clear that you're still starting out a bit, so I'm not going to be too critical about this one. The art style is very basic and has a lot of room for improvement and changes. As someone mentioned, the line work is a bit wobbly and should be straightened out a bit more. I'd suggest using very light strokes. Don't be afraid to do many as possible. If it's light, you can easily erase them. Now regarding the eyes, the lines should be a bit thicker, to help them stand out much more than the rest of the body. Looking at the clothes, it seems that you drew details like the collar inside the shape. For such details, I'd suggest that the shape overlap the main one, rather than trying to fit it all into one.
I would tell you to shade a bit, but looking at your other art, it seems you do do this at times. I don't exactly know the reason why this one isn't shaded, but shading will help bring an image out. Overall, it's an okay piece for someone who's just beginning. Keep it up!
